By developing the project documentation, the Army of the Czech Republic addressed the need to increase the level of provision of medical care and health services. The operational content of the construction is focused on the implementation of the development programme of the VN Olomouc, including education and training of military doctors in child care, which is needed in foreign humanitarian missions. In the historical building of the so-called Summer Refectory, located north of the main hospital building and which was out of use, it was proposed to establish a new children’s ward of the NICU. In the past, the building had been completely devastated by the activities of the former Olomouc School Farm.

The proposed building alterations are related to the historic building of the Premonstratensian Monastery, which has been registered in the State List of Immovable Cultural Monuments under the register number 30199 / 8-1746 since 1995 and is thus protected by Act No. 20/1987 Coll. on State Heritage Protection.

The area of the castle park is located in the centre of the village of Lešná, dominated by the castle. The proposed building modifications of the reconnaissance study are situated in the existing castle park. These include the modification of the road networks, the creation of ponds and electrical installations, planting, the installation of new furniture and nature trails, the modification of the cellars for visitor use, the design of a new shelter for outdoor exhibitions and repairs to the fence walls and fencing.

Part of the project documentation was the elaboration of the logistics concept of the company’s premises. These were three basic buildings:

– The storage hall measuring 52 x 24 meters consists of a prefabricated structure and sandwich panels. A loading ramp for trucks is connected to the hall. The ramp consists of a steel structure equipped with system detachable cells, which provide space for offices and staff facilities.

-Tent hall, made of aluminum construction with dimensions of 48 x 26 meters intended for storage

-Location of containers for storage of hazardous substances.

The area also includes access roads and concrete areas.

The subject of the individual projects was to design suitable insulation and modifications of various types of prefabricated houses to meet current standards.

These include, for example, replacement of windows, entrance doors, handrails at balconies, modification of paved areas under the buildings or new roofs.

 

Scope of work:

– A survey of the existing condition of the building carried out by the contractor of this project documentation

– Detailed photo documentation taken by the designer

– Legislative and standard requirements related to the proposed thermal engineering modifications of the building envelope

It was the overall coordination of the production area of Promens a.s. The production hall with dimensions of 144.97 mx 106.32 m and a height of the attic of 11.3 m is made as a five-aisle single-storey building, in a part of the hall a two-storey building. As part of the first stage, construction work was carried out on the foundation structures, the perimeter and roof of the building. The interiors were realized only between the axes 10-19a, these are the operations of the paint shop, finishing, grinding, offices and dining rooms. The proposed areas of technical control and measurement are located between the axes Q.1-S and 15-19a in the premises of the existing maintenance workshops and the warehouse of input raw materials.

The company Promens Zlín is engaged in the production of plastic parts of lower and medium series for the automotive industry, agricultural machinery, transport technology, medical technology, lighting technology and the military industry.

Modifications were proposed for the reconstruction of the listed castle. The project consists of several parts. The biggest modifications concern the facade of the castle itself and the atrium, where barrier-free measures are being created. Also the repair of the castle wall and paved areas.

Reconstruction project of the interior of the Cyril and Methodius Theological Faculty
Palacký University in Olomouc.

The main work was the reconstruction of the auditorium with special acoustic properties. It is a refractory construction with acoustic panels. It is also worth noticing the details of the wooden cladding copying the curvature of the ceiling.

A project for the reconstruction of the insulation of the panel house, replacement of plumbing products and modification of the main entrances was prepared.

Design preparation of the construction “Production area of Mayer&Cie CZ, s.r.o. in PZ Bobrky I.” is a result of the investor’s desire to build his own production hall with administration. The proposed production area is intended for Mayer&Cie CZ, s.r.o.

The area for the construction of the production area of Mayer&Cie CZ, s.r.o. is located in the industrial zone of PZ Bobrky I., in the north-western part of Vsetín.

The project consists of a one-storey production hall, which is divided into a production hall, goods reception area, warehouse keeper’s office, machine warehouse and a two-storey administrative building including paved areas and a bicycle shed.

The project documentation was prepared in a bilingual Czech-English version.
